Unable to drag and drop items in structure

Hi,

my colleague is unable to drag and drop items in our structure. She was able and I didn't change anything in the permissions. So, she has "Control" rights. 

What means unable? The icons for moving the item up and down are disabled and also it isn't possible for her to get a row to move. She doesn't see the "points" on the left of the rows. The problem exists in Chrome and in Edge. We didn't test other browser.

Has anyone any idea?

The problem is solved. I deleted the user from the permissions and added the user again. After that she was able to drag and drop.
