Our team member has tried to create an account but he is not receiving the email with the link to confirm his Email address. The account can't be activated.

I saw that you created a ticket with our customer advocates and posted the affected email address there.
Searching the email on our tools it returned a bounce due to the following error:
550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [FR2DEU01FT026.eop-deu01.prod.protection.outlook.com]
I removed the bounce and the verification email should be delivered now.
