Unable to add XRAY to JIRA due to an error message

Hi, I have tried to add Xray to JIRA several times from a Basic, Standard and Premium trial products and I'm always receiving this error:

 

We ran into a little trouble

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

 

 

Anyone able to help with this? Thank you
