The documentation is super unclear about this, but from what I understand, a Trusted user is supposed to be able to go to admin.atlassian.com, and have the option to invite new users to the product (but not edit or delete existing users).
Yet my Trusted users do not see this option there. And I can't even begin to troubleshoot, since I haven't found any reference to how this is *supposed* to look when it's working.
How do Trusted users actually invite others?
Hello Andrei,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Trusted users have access to a specific page on the site. They won't be able to access admin.atlassian.com because this page is restricted to Org admins.
With this said, for Trusted users to invite other users, they must click on Switch to > Administration.
Then, they will be redirected to this page https://xxxxxx.atlassian.net/trusted-admin/users/invite where they can invite new users.
If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
Thanks Angélica, that did it!
I really wish Atlassian's documentation was clearer on this.
