Trouble installing JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets

I am able to get to step 3:

3. Install add-on in JIRA

Note: You must have administrative rights to install an add-on.

• Open your Atlassian JIRA application and log in.
• Navigate to the administration section. You may need to log in again (we're super secure).
• Choose "Add-Ons", then navigate to "Manage Add-Ons" (the "Install" section in older versions).
• Click the "Upload Add-On" link and upload this file.

but when I navigate to Manage Add-Ons, there are only two buttons, Configure or Disable, no Upload Add-On. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Daniel,

Jira Timesheet Reports comes preinstalled on OnDemand Jira. There is no need to install it.

Manually adding add-ons on OnDemand is restricted.

On your add-ons section search for the preinstalled plugin for the options to enable and add a license.
