Troca o Banco de dados BD2 pelo Banco SQL Server

Boa tarde,

Estou fazendo o procedimento para trocar o banco de dados do Jira para o Banco SQL Server.
Faço a configuração do banco com sucesso, o sistema cria as tabelas dentro da base de dados mais o sistema não abre.

Aparece um tela em branco com essa url: http://jira.lecca.com.br:8080/secure/errors.jsp

O Jira foi instalado no Windows 2016 Server

 

O que devo fazer para resolver esse problema.
