Trello won't authorise Jira

I have installed the Trello/Jira Add-on but I can't get the integration working.

I am able to go through the authorisation process, I see a successful message to say that Trello and Jira are authorised/connected. When I return to my Trello board, the authorisation hasn't registered and I'm presented with the authorize modal again.

I've reviewed the documentation and I can't see anything obvious that I have missed. Any advice? Thank you

Hi Danielle,

I was checking other similar cases and it seems that this was a Bug related to Trello.

For this reason, I would recommend you to reach the Trello's support, to confirm with them if it's a Bug or not, they will be able to better help you.
