Transition ticket from "IN PROGRESS" to "TEST" column through bitbucket commits (Kanban)

I would like to move my ticket automatically by adding the appropriate commit message from the "In Progress" column to "Test" column on my Kanban board.

I tried

HALODEVOPS-6 #close
HALODEVOPS-6 #done

Even though I do see the commits on the ticket, I don't see the ticket transition to the next phase.

What am I doing wrong?

Their might be some required field that you need to fill in to complete the transition. More info in the JIRA documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Processing+JIRA+issues+with+commit+messages
