Does transfer product overwrite the data into the destination? How to merge 2 account into one?

Depends on what you do to "transfer".  Could you explain more about what you want from this, and what you have tried?

there is documentation available which could match but like Nic said it would be better for Community people to understand what you are intending to do to be able to say, hopefully, something more specific to your scenario.

A warning upfront, yes, most operations related to this are destructive - data that already exists on target instance will be deleted.
