Today Jira sopped working

In the morning as I get to work and turn on Jira server, I did not have my Jira. Jira wanted to start new like new installation and all old data is lost.

All plications on server works correct except Jira!

What can I do ?

Hi, I do not know what should I look in log files.

Actually I have backup every day but never try to restore it in Win 2019 Server. I try to do that but does not work :/. And only Jira is not working all others works just fine.

Lets go back to question what should I find in logs ?

In the log directory, inspect atlassian-jira.log

Please see the log and see for any unforeseen changes from the last time you were able to access the server.

If you don't find anything, check the database if it's working fine (Also check dbconfig.xml file - connection with database)

If that also fails you can restore the server using the below guide

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/restoring-data-from-an-xml-backup-938847707.html

Thanks,
Pramodh

From the log, I can't say anything! If you can attach the file I can inspect

It's best to restore the instance from your export directory, you will have all the data restored

Remember to restore the data in the attachments directory too

Is it possible that I do not have newer export files, this is catalog Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Jira\export (newest is 2021.01.31):

Sorry I have, just names was different.

Hi @Paweł Popławski

Check the log files in the Home directory.

Do you have any backup data kept, you can think of restoring it if you have lost.

Thanks,
Pramodh

last log looks like this just before I tried to connect Jira:
