I work at Infraware corp. in Korea.
I ask you to question about installing Jira Agile(Formally Green-Hopper)
We bought a Jira(500 Users licences) last Year.
We'll adopt an Agile methology. So We consider to install your product (jira agile).
after downloading tryial version, We success installing at a test server. but not real server.
I don't know how to solve the problem.
I ask a question to Goldpitcher at a korean branch.
but, they don't Clearly answer the question and Technical support.
I think that causes broke DB.
We must rapidly reach a solution a problem.
To resolve it, we can delivery an information
what shoud We do?
We want to receive such a prompt reply.

You should raise a ticket in https://support.atlassian.comthat's the actual Atlassian support, this is more an Atlassian Community of Users and Experts.
But still: did you get an error when trying to install JIRA Agile on your production server? Which error did you get? Did you see anything in the log files about it?
