Hello @Delphine FALCOZ 

Welcome to the community.

The issue has to be in a status that is mapped to the column farthest to the right on the board in order for it to be considered Complete when you complete the sprint.

It does not matter what the status of the issue is. It only matters that the status is mapped to the right-most column.

Also, if the issue has sub-tasks, all the sub-tasks must also be in a status mapped to the right-most column.
