The following tickets have been reopened through the proper workflow but the resolution still says "cancelled". There is no option for me to adjust these manually. Please fix them so they can display through the right filters.
Miguel, I think you have posted this question to the wrong site. This is the Atlassian Community site where users help users though it is supported by Atlassians at times.
It looks like you have actual Atlassian support tickets open and are looking for updates. For this you should place you comments/inquires directly in those issues. Folks here cannot access your support issues.
