Ticket is not assigned despite corresponding script

Mikhail Kvasha March 1, 2021

Hello Community

We have several projects working with a single workflow. When creating an issue, the Project Leader becomes assignee by the corresponding script.
We have recently added a new project to the system. It works with the same workflow and is configured similarly to older projects. However, when creating an issue in this new project, the ticket is not assigned to the Project Leader.
We cannot understand the reasons why the script does not work correctly with a new project.

Is the project leader a valid assignable user?

Hi Mikhail,

Why are you using a Scriptrunner script when you can navigate to Project Settings > Users and roles > Set project defaults (upper right corner) and set the default assignee to the project lead.

Can you provide your script? Can you provide us the script logs? The information you have provided so far tells us your script doesn't work and not much else. Cheers!

I am sorry for misleading - we use Post Function

It works correctly in all projects except the new one.

Project roles are defined also:
