Our Jira is no longer accessible, it shows us the following message:

We want to upgrade our trial version of the server to the paid license we have now, but can't do this as we can't access the admin pages.
The front end error is too sanitised to tell us much.
What do the logs say?
Because of this error, we can't access the Admin pages (as mentioned), is there a shortcut to get this up and running again?
