How do I retrieve the timesheet option into my Jira board? It shows tempo app is already added if I go to the 'discover more apps' section.
There might be several reasons why you can not see the Tempo options in your JIRA instance.
Can you please check that you have the "Tempo Timesheets Access" permission (JIRA Settings, System, Global permissions, https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/global-permissions.html).
Can you also check if Tempo is set as Time tracking provider (JIRA Settings, Issues, Time tracking, https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/setting-up-and-configuring-tempo-timesheets/selecting-tempo-as-your-time-tracking-provider.html).
Can you confirm that Tempo is listed in Jira Settings, Apps, Manage apps and that the License status is valid.
In case these settings are correct, but the Tempo options are not available in your instance, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.
