We have imported 100+ issues via CSV and some of them have attachments. But, I am not able to access attachment in preview or after download as well.

Thank you for describing your issue, the steps you took, and including the screenshots of what you're seeing. All of this is very helpful and appreciated. It does sound like your running into an issue we have a KB for. Please take a look at Importing attachments into Jira Cloud using CSV External System Importer.

Question for you @Stephen Sifers if the username of the account doing the import (server version) is their email address, do we need to replace @ with %40? We are having an issue trying to import attachments that are stored on the server in a /data directory. With out username and password, the file imports but its not accessible, can't preview or download it. With the username (email address) and password, the system throws an Exception and the attachment is not imported at all.
