Does everyone here use the Clockwork Free app on Jira?
The clockwork free application has too many double and many notifications even though there is only one move on one issue. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi @Erna Putri Utami,

Could you share more details on which type of notifications are bothering you? Are they email notifications, Jira activity logs, or maybe the bell icon on the top right of the Jira interface?

Most of the notifications can be changed or disabled in the Jira notification scheme. It can be found in the Jira project settings. You might also consider using the tool in the Jira administration panel called Jira Notification Helper, which helps you out spotting why a specific notification is sent to you.
