Here we have two different projects, let's call them A and B, they don't have any connection to each other, but when we create a task in A's backlog, sometimes the same task is duplicated to B's backlog. If the task is deleted in B , is also deleted in A.
This shouldn't happen because the two projects don't have any links... we've already reviewed the settings but we didn't find any links between them

First of all projects have a key which makes them unique. So if on project A you have a key of AAA, then any issue created on that container will have the AAA prefix. Project B might have a key of BBB and issues will have that prefix. With that said, it's impossible to create the same issue twice.
