Chris Escueta Jan 24, 2018

Is there a some kind of report to show how many times a story has been carried over?

You mean moved from one sprint to the next, over and over?

There is no built in indicator or counter. What you could do is to write an external script (using Jira REST API), that reads the stories history information for the custom field "Sprint" and adds the number of different sprints into a numeric custom field "Sprint Counter".

@Chris Escueta, was my answer helpful?

@Sebastian Kleinholz Do you or anyone written this script that can share?

it will definitely help to have the script to monitor number of stories being carried forward and over how many sprint(s).

I think Control Chart help you to identify those stories which cary over again and again for long time.
