Stories with Sub Tasks

Hi ,

I have created a story with 3 sub tasks . I entered time estimates in sub tasks , logged work and moved them in different status as per my workflow . All the subtasks are moved into Done travelling from To do , in progress , in test and finally to done but main story item is still in To do . How can I move that parent issue to done .

You can go into the story and 'resolve'/'close' it and that will put it in the done category. Unless you have stories configured as swimlanes, then when you move to the next sprint it shouldn't be included in that one.

Oh yes , it worked , i have changed to no swimlanes...but just in case If i want that swimlanes do stay there and at the same time when all the subtasks are closed , main story is also closed , can you please shed a bit of light on this too ?
