Stop Subtask transition based on another subtasks status

Hey,

I'm trying to add a validator or condition to a subtask transition which will stop a subtask with a title (summary) of 'Code Review' moving to 'In Progress' while another subtask on the same issue with a title (summary) of 'Development' is still 'In Progress'.

I have no idea and a few hours of Googling have revealed nothing. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

@Chris Sainty, this is no possible in vanilla Jira.  Take a look at the Jira Workflow Toolbox addon.

This will allow you check that condition and much more.
