Hi
I'm working in advanced roadmaps and no matter what I seem to do the sprints from each team does not seem to appear in the advanced roadsmaps and I can't create a sprint either. I only get "no matches". What am I doing wrong?
Hi @Maja Vallin,
What are you using as the data source(s) for your plan? Are you using scrum boards as the source?
Check out Understanding sprints documentation to get more insights into the impact of using scrum boards vs projects/filters as issue sources.
More specifically:
Using Scrum boards as issue sources lets you manage the sprints that come from those boards, plan the capacity of future sprints, and assign issues to sprints—all directly from your plan. More importantly, if you use the project as an issue source, the scheduler cannot readily associate the sprints of that board with the project. The sprints will then appear as external sprints in your plan.
More information about scheduling issues according to sprints can be found in this Scheduling issues article. Especially look into the chapter Scheduling issues according to sprints.
If your data source is not the reason why you have limited to no sprint information in your plan, please share some screenshots of what you're seeing.
