Sprint story points capacity forecast

Hello everybody, hope you're doing well! 

I'm looking for a JIRA planning solution, to get sprint story points capacity forecast, based on team individuals planning and velocity.

Like I could define members individual time capacity (considering time spent on ceremonies, vacation..) so it would determine team man/hour capacity, which would be used with predicted velocity to give me the sprint story point capacity.

Please advise if you know a solution matching with my needs.

Extra if possible: 

• Plugging it with a roadmap solution would be great (I am using advanced roadmap but sprint capacity is static info based on Teams config).
• Possibility to setup individuals focus time.
• Get individuals velocity details.

For reporting, I would suggest eazyBI especially if you want to get some customized reports such as individual velocity: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/5956-sprints-overview
