Slack notifications are not showing who performed an event

Some days ago, it was working pretty well, but suddenly it stopped showing the user who transitioned a task to another status.

It just says "transitioned a bug from .. to ..", but doesn't say who.

Sorry about the trouble you saw with notifications! We've fixed this issue and notifications into Slack should be back to normal and showing users again.

Is there a way to fix this? I tried making my profile Public, but it's still not working :(
