Hi, we are using a Bot to automatically post Slack messages on a channel on particular events.
What we want to do is to automatically create a Jira ticket based on a few condition. Example if the message has Status as Pending. Automatically (without manual intervention) create a Jira ticket for Project XYZ.
Has anyone tried to implement such scenario / any ideas on how this could be achieved?
