Show workflow buttons and custom fields in "Board Issue Detail Screen"

Hi,

I need help with showing the workflow buttons and some custom fields in "Board Issue Detail Screen". See the screenshot. The Issue Detail Screen is showing up at the right side when you click on a issue on the Board that showing all the issues in the current sprint.2017-09-13_10-37-42.jpg

I also like to change the status of our workflow directly from the "Board Issue Detail Screen". How can I make this possible?

the status of the "workflow"? workflows don't have status, issues do. You can't change the status of the issue in the detail view but unsure why that is required if you can simply drag and drop the card to a new status.
