Show own subtasks type in Rapid Board

Hi,

I created a own subtask type. However the rapid board is not showing this subtask type (see screendump 1).

The normal Jira screens however are showing our own subtask type (see screendump 2).

We are working with Atlassian GreenHopper 6.0.1.

I hope someone can help me to fix this problem.

Please check the filter for the board, it's probably filtering out this issue type.

Your are rigth. It was my filter. See filter:

Team = BVPZMO-TEAM2 ORDER BY Rank ASC

The filter on team is the problem.

However the problem is that the custom field "team" is not shown on my custom task screen. However configuration seem ok. See screendumps.

Have you any idea how to get the team field on the create subtask screen?

In the configuration for the custom field itself (not the field configuration) you can specify which issue types the field is associated with. You may not have associated the field with the new subtask issue type you've created.
