Is there a way to automatically show the new issues created by email at the top of the backlog (JIRA Agile)?
Currently when the users send a new request to the JIRA mailbox (example: email@example.com), JIRA cacths the email and creates the new issue, but it is displayed by default at the end of the backlog, I would like the new issues in the top of the backlog so we can aware of it and prioritize accordingly.
