Show new issues (from email) at the top of the backlog

Hi,

Is there a way to automatically show the new issues created by email at the top of the backlog (JIRA Agile)?

Currently when the users send a new request to the JIRA mailbox (example: jira@mydomain.com), JIRA cacths the email and creates the new issue, but it is displayed by default at the end of the backlog, I would like the new issues in the top of the backlog so we can aware of it and prioritize accordingly.

Hi Limber,

you can develop an own mail handler that will create and rank using the desired approach.
