Shared Jira filter used in Jira Macro updating forever in Confluence page for some users

Hi all,

I have the following set-up:

• A Jira project where me and 2nd user are set as administrators.
• A shared Jira filter which does a query to get the issues with the issue type "Risk".
• A Confluence space where me and the 2nd user have edit permissions.
• A Risks page in Confluence with a Jira Macro who uses it the Jira filter mentioned previously.

When I access the risk page in Confluence I can see the risks of the project sucessfully.

Now, the problem is that when the 2nd user access that page, there is a message that says "updating..." which last forever.

If the 2nd user has the same permissions than I in Jira and Confluence and he can see the filter, I don't understand why the macro is not working for him.

He also tried to update the Confluence page adding the Jira macro with his own copy of my filter and it works for him that way but not when he uses my filter.

No idea what can be wrong.
