Set status change when issue moved

I would like to set a post function or trigger to the 'issue moved' event. The goal is that when issues are handed off between teams, that change will trigger a transition or status update so the issue will populate to the new project's triage board for product owner review.

You should take a look at the automation plugin, with this you can do some transition based on events.

Thanks Sana, that plugin looks awesome. Unfortunately it doesn't meet my needs as it is unavailable for Cloud.
