Set default value for Linked issue field or if possible set as none on create screen

Hi Team,

Can any one help please, on create issue linked issue field is displayed with relates to or clone or some custom defined values by default. Can we make only one value as Default?
As its default values is changing randomly on its own in my instance, if possible can we make it as None default. Thanks

I have done some research on this topic and have not been able to find any options for setting a default value for the Linked Issues field in Jira Cloud.
