I'm looking for help with automation, because I'm trying to set something like that :
- When an user has been mentioned on an issue...
- .... if the mentioned user is in a group called "Support"....
- ... send an email to an address with some informations in body.
Actually, the purpose is to get something close to the native notifications on Jira which send an email to the user when he/she is mentioned, but to a specific email address with specific text, and only if the user is on a specific group.
Have you got any clue to help me to do that please ? 🙏
