I'm aware of ways to allow, deny or limit editing of certain fields via plugins or by doing the same sort of thing in a workflow transition.
Is there a way to allow people in a Role, for example Developers, to add new sections to a field but NOT remove any existing sections?
For example: Say we have a multi-list custom field named ERRORS. People in the CM Role can ADD and DELETE from the field but Developers should only be permitted to ADD to the field. Developers should not be able to delete any existing content from the field, only ADD to it.
The trick here is not allow full access to a field - only partial access/permission.
Is this possible?
