Search Filter Subscriptions

Hi,

I created a Search Filter and added an email for Chuck in my company to receive the Search Filter once a week.  I am also subscribed to the same Search Filter.  In my test runs the email I receive shows ALL issues in the Filter but the email that Chuck receives shows 0 issues.

Any ideas why Chucks email shows 0 issues?

I have the project set so everyone in the company has access.

check if chuck has access to the project. Usually this is due to access issues.
