Script Runner: Clones an issue and links - copy epic links

Hi there,

I'm using the script runner post function "Clones an issue and links" to generate a story from an epic. But I have not found a way to copy the epic link to the story. Any hints how to do that?

Cheers

Alex

If you can't find a way with Script Runner, it can be accomplished with the Create On Transition for JIRA add-on (if you want to do it from the Create transition) or the Update On Transition for JIRA add-on (if you want to do it from any other transition).

This recipe shows how to do it.

Thanx Betsy. But it would be better for us if that would work with Script Runner. If not I will try your suggestion.
