SSL in Jira Software

Hello,

we try to set Jira under a certificate who is signed by our Authority (Active Directory). We use Portecle but impossible to start the service... 

1- Create a key pair

2-  Generate a certificate request from the key pair

3- We valid this key pair from our Authority

4- We add the trusted Certificate that we have download from our Authority

5- We import the CA reply

6- We save JKS

7- From JIRA COnfiguration Tool, we select JKS and we set the Key alias + keytore

8- We do a check who is valid

9- We start the service but this one stop about few seconds

 

We use this version :

JIRA version = 7.4.2, Java Version = 1.8.0_102

Is this a recent configuration? What error messages do you see when you try to start Jira? 

Have a look at this, it could be related:

Of course, we'll need to see the actual errors in your logs to know so please let us know what you see when it fails.
