Dear all,
We have an issue creation problem for a specific project in Jira cloud. We can create the issue but it is not visible. We receive the error message : "Your issue has been created but is not currently visible."
We checked permissions and compared with another project. Everything seems fine. Could you please help us on it?
Hello,
Where do you get this error message? Did you check out this documentation:
Your board may have configuration problems, if the issue is not visible on the board. You need to map your statuses to the right columns on the board.
Regards.
I solved the problem with the help of related cases. It was a permission problem. I couldnt find a way to cancel the case. Thanks.

Hi Elif,
You will also get this when you create a new issue while on a board and not in the Backlog. New issues typically go immediately to the Backlog based on the workflow. Since you are on a board and not in the Backlog normally, the message you get is not an error, just an inform. It really should say something like this issue can be viewed in the Backlog or something like that.
Hope that helps!
