Running Jira applications over SSL or HTTPS

Hello,

I try to follow this link 

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-938847764.html

to install signed certificate (CA reply) and a set of root/intermediate CA certificates.

I arrive at point 2) of section "Configuring your web server using the Jira configuration tool" but when I click "check certificate in key store" I receive an error.

Is this guide not updated?

The guide is up to date and works fine - one of my collegues was using it yesterday.

What error are you getting?
