Running Jira applications over SSL or HTTPS

Hello,

I try to follow this link 

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-938847764.html

to install an SSL certifcate CA-signed.

When I arrive at step 4) "Check Certificate in Key Store" I receive this error.

All previous steps are correct and validate.
