Risk assessment:
Risk assessment is the identification of hazards that could negatively impact an organization's ability to conduct business.
Examples:
If someone hacked admin role permission in the Jira instance what should we have to take the actions immediately
aWhat are the five steps to risk assessment?
Step 1: Identify hazards, i.e. anything that may cause harm.
Step 2: Decide who may be harmed, and how.
Step 3: Assess the risks and take action.
Step 4: Make a record of the findings.
Step 5: Review the risk assessment.
Can I create a risk template from an existing excel spreadsheet?
Hi Charan,
This article and download provide a list of typical organizational risks.
https://www.stakeholdermap.com/risk/business-risk.html
You will need to tailor these to your specific organization, but it will give you a good start.

Are you asking for someone to give you a list of every possible risk of using a Cloud system?
That's an essay question, and one that should be answered within the context of why it is being asked - a risk for you might not be one for me.

I am not sure what you are asking of the community here?

Details of what?
Could you please explain what you are looking for here? All you've given us at the moment is "document some risks".

Ok, I do not think I am being clear here.
If you want our help with something, you need to tell us what it is you are looking for. What would help you move further on with your task that we can type here in a few minutes?
What is the actual question?
Bear in mind, you will need to give us context as well. What do you see as a risk? How are you defining the types? What are you doing or running that might break and what do you think the risks to it might be?

Please find the link for the confluence template for
https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/templates/risk-assessment.
We want to note down all the possibilities of Risk for our process
Please check the confluence template then you have an idea about what I am looking for.

Hi!
If you're just looking a way to do risk assessment in Atlassian stack then this template isnt something for a long run. Its something that you can use once in a while for adhoc risk management, but risk management in regulated domains demands something more. And Jira in that context is better tool to keep your risks at. Just look at the https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=softcomply and read our blog about different risk assessment tools https://softcomply.com/what-are-the-best-risk-apps-on-jira/

Yes, there is a risk assessment template in Confluence, to help you create documentation on risks.
That does not answer my question.
