I am the site admin and currently there are only 2 members in my site. And the other user is able to delete the issue (in Company Managed Project). Is it possible to restrict that access, so that the other user cannot be able to delete the issues.
Also is it possible to recover the deleted issues.
You can recover deleted issues only if you have a backup that you can restore. Otherwise when an issue is deleted it is gone forever.
The ability to delete an issue is one of the permissions available in the Permission Scheme. You can modify the Permission Scheme for your project to limit who has that permission.
