We are asked to give a customer access to their related development project. What we have done so far is, to create a special user group and give this group only access to one project. All fine, With an add-on (Stagil Navigation) we were able to change and limit the top navigation. But with the User Profile they are still able to access at least the list of all filters, which are shared with public. Although the user will not see any other issues, than the ones from his project, the name of the filters and the filter definition might give him some information, which should be undisclosed. One way to avoid this is for sure, to check constantly, if there are filters shared with public. And possibly doing the same for boards and dashboards.
I would like to know, if there are other ways to achieve this, so that the user sees only filters and boards for this specific project. Thanks for your help!
Hi and Welcome to the Community!
You would need to modify the permissions for each of the filters to not share with Public - maybe some other internal group.
