Restrict who closes an issue in Jira

Hey Guys, 

How do I restrict who has the permission to move an issue from resolved to closed. 
I want to limit which people have the rights to do this.

You can set a condition on the workflow transition.

A good condition here would be to use the "user in group" or "user in role" this would mean that only members of a specific role or group can perform this transition.
