If you mean switching back to the old issue view, that is no longer possible. As of March 31, 2021, Atlassian move everyone over to the new issue view. See Turn the new issue view on or off for more information.

assuming the ask is for New Issue View and further assuming you do not like the new view it is sad to hear it seems not being a proper match for your team's work.

Despite of having said this there is not much probability the old issue view will come back. Although this is my very personal opinion I suggest on watching/monitoring open Suggestions/bugs from https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-70555 (this issue is solely dedicated to New Issue View in Jira Cloud).

Also just from my opinion (I do not have any more details or insights - just like you) the old issue view will not be an option in the future and eventually go away.
