I see your previous request in our support system. It looks like the engineer handling your request asked for some additional steps from you, but there was no reply. Perhaps the emails did not appear in your inbox and you may need to check your spam, or other email folders. I've checked our mail delivery service and we do appear to be delivering emails to your mail server.
