Request to change Product Domain Names for Instance :AT-137002591

Request to change product domain names from existing "https://mouritechwagonhr.atlassian.net" to  ""https://mouritechin.atlassian.net" for products JIRA ,Confluence and JIRA administrator under our license AT-137002591, i have raised this request 30 days back but no response from JIRA support yet

I see your previous request in our support system. It looks like the engineer handling your request asked for some additional steps from you, but there was no reply. Perhaps the emails did not appear in your inbox and you may need to check your spam, or other email folders. I've checked our mail delivery service and we do appear to be delivering emails to your mail server.
