Repeating Issue - License is invalid - license has expired.

Hi,

Why we still receive this annoying message when we have extended the license???

Hi Siniša,

From the screenshot there are two things going on:

  1. The JIRA Software license is a 10 user license and you are at the max
  2. The Repeating Issue message looks like it may be for an add-on. 

There is an add-on called Repeating Issues in the Marketplace and if you have that installed you may need to update that license as the JIRA Software license does not update add-on licenses.

Hi Branden,

I noticed that we had installed an add-on called "Repeating Issues for Jira", which trial has expired.

I had two options to solve this, to buy a license for this add-on or to disable it. 

I decided to disable it and it helped.
