Removing Jira License

Hello,

I am trying to remove a customer from accessing Jira and only having access to our Service Management project. For some reason, some of our customers are still able to access Jira even after being removed from the jira-users group and turning off the Jira access in their user settings as shown below. The Jira license continues to get added when they log back in. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, Good day. I would start checking the user access settings first. Check if the email domain has been approved to gain access.
