Hi!
On Agile view I would like to remove the Impediment flag whenever an issue is dragged to Done. I have tried to do this via Workflow post conditions but I have not find any condition to remove this flag.
Can you let me know how to do this please?
Thank you,
Ana
How about clearing the value of the "marked" field?
Cheers Christian

To put closure to this...I solved this long ago (despite my plea in the other answer). It's what Christian states here. You simply clear the value of the Flagged field (or whatever your field is called). On the appropriate workflow, use a post function to..."The contents of the field, Flagged, will be purged".

I am still having this problem and I have installed the plugin mentioned by @Ana Henneberke in her answer below. I cannot find a post function that allows me to remove the flag from a story on transition. i also cannot find "The content of field, Flagged, will be purged" anywhere. Can someone help please, this should be so simple to resolve. Maybe an example or screenshot of where the post function is that one of you is using would be helpful. Thanks.

The post function is called "Clear field" if I remember correctly.

BTW it'S part of the JIRA suite utilities plugin. You should definitely install on your instance. Couldn'T live without it

Perfect thank you @Christian Czaia for mentioning the specific plugin and the post function, that's solved for me now.

I think I have said plugin but I don't have that post function. We're a hosted JIRA so I should have.
I do have an "Update Issues Field" which I've used to clear the assignee on that transition but "Flagged" is not in the very small list of fields in the drop down when configuring that post function.
Am I missing something super obvious here?

Atlassian support has added an ad on that allowed me to add a post condition to remove the flag.

I am using an addon that allows me to use a post-fuction which removed the flag.

Yeas, please, what was this add-on exactly, Ana? I'm also an OD customer.

What was the add on? I have some items flagged that are no longer on a agile board... I guess I can create a new boad to show just the items flagged so I can clear them... but having this type feature would be great as items close, just clear the flag.

@Benjamin Fernandez - Unless I'm missing something, you can do this out of the box in JIRA. See Christian's answer above and my comments - both should help you solve this without an add-on.
