i have a problem about plugin xporter version 6.5.5, after upgrading my JIRA version from 8.13.5 to 8.20.11, scheduling report does not run, when exporting ticket data from jira project service management, because the user needs an SLA report that is in the jira service management feature,
is there any way to solve this problem ? or any recommendation to install the same plugin as xporter free or paid ?

When you mention the "scheduling report doesn't run" do you mean this as a part of the Xporter plugin?
Also if you are still using version 6.5.5 of the plugin you might consider upgrading the app since the latest version is 6.9.10.2 (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/891368/xporter-export-issues-from-jira/version-history)
it also seems version 6.5.5 is quite an older version and only compatible up to 8.13.5
So my first suggestion would be to upgrade the app to a version that is actually compatible with your Jira version (minimum of 6.8.3)
